I am new to the forum so don't know if this is the right place to post, I have been told now is a good time to buy in to the London property market prices are 40% down on last year and the rental yields are quite high?
Is London a good place to buy an investment property or should I be looking closer to home?

The property market has now stopped falling and is beginning to rise once again. If a good mortgage is available then now is a good time to buy, however, it might be worth waiting a little while longer, until the market is more stable and more confidence has been instilled.
